Re: People's Choice

Thanks for the clarifications Erik - I'm not very up on even what is
possible with this sort of stuff.

Errr, I was afraid your were going to say that..... I agree with you by the
way, I just wish that it wasn't so. It's that 10% of the Copyright
legislation coming back to bite us.

For "People's Choice", anynonimity is not NEARLY as important as it is for
things going before the judges. So I guess I couldn't/wouldn't object to the
publication of images with the real copyright notice superimposed over it
right from the start.

As for the technical details..... I leave them entirely up to you. You know
what you are doing in that arena and I am not even competent to comment on
it.

I haven't even really started to think about that yet in anything more than
general terms. I guess that any decision on what goes to who can wait until
much later - we may still have more prize donations yet. But you are right
in thinking that I wasn't planning on picking something really expensive out
of the prize pot and ear-marking it for People's Choice. If we hadn't gotten
the full compliment of 38 prizes I probably would have suggested that merely
acknowledging the People's Choice was award enough.
