Shipping costs

Erik & Karen,

We will need to have the AGA Treasurer issue a check to Dave to cover the
upfront costs he will incur for the shipping of the prizes - he can forward
all of the receipts to me and I will submit them to the Treasurer for
reconcillation, or they can go directly to the Treasurer.

I don't want to lay the fronting of costs of shipping (which will probably
be considerable) on Dave - its not reasonable.
