I was under the initial impression that the link would be from our
Showcase/Contest site to the ADA Contest site, not the main AGA web
site......

As Erik notes, the ADA Contest site has no links to anybody, so it is highly
unlikely (probably even not appropriate) for them to link to us or to anyone
else.

I _do_ hope that TFH handles the printing of the booklet that is mentioned -
at least for the English translation. They do a great job of printing color
photos in many of their most recent books.
