Official AGA Contest announcement?

I would like to know if there is an "official" AGA announcement letter 
availible to submit to fish clubs yet.  I wrote about this a while back, and 
James said he wanted to author it...  Well, let me know, as I would like to 
submit it to my club (Buck's County Aquarium Society) for printing in our next 
newsletter.
