timing

Hi guys (James and Dave really),

Just a quick interjection here... I am hoping that before any more big
announcements are made, we have the website up and running.  So I would
like to have the timing be:

  1. PDFs are integrated into website,
  2. Members of this list TEST the website,
  3. Website goes online
  4. announcements sent

I know there was an interest in having an official announcement last 
weekend, but it's kind of sad that it's essentially "it's announced, but 
not ready yet".  So PLEASE, let's get the rest of them timed with the 
site.  And yes, I will have the graphics done by the time everything gets 
integrated.
