Actually, it was a major pain to get money sent to Norway and Germany for 
me.  The US Post Office refused altogether for the Norway option, and I 
had to pay $10 for a cashier's check for that.  It took a solid week to 
set up.  And I'm not sure it even got delivered!

Many of the entrants from foreign countries opted to send cash instead.
