I've mentioned him in the past... He's not an aquatic gardener, but has
years of experience judging and photographing Home Show tanks, and a good
eye... I'd ask Lee Finley.

I know you probably don't want to do it because you're organizing it, but
YOU would be an excellent judge.  Another  BOD person that I'm sure would do
a good job is David Lass.  Finally, Gary Lange has a great eye for color and
balance.
