A fax of a signed photo release would hold up in most
courts. A net signature is harder. Cred Card companies
accept with signature because they love the business and
charge rates to cover the losses -- it's not so much a
legal issue for them. Could be for us. But even our PANYNJ
attorney's accept fax signatures now.

Can you set up the AGA site to take a fax? Anyone that can
find Kinko's or a friend with an office job can fax --
except maybe those that have trouble with adhesive stamps
and paper in general ;-)
