I dunno about this, really.  A significant number pay by check.  There are 
also some who enter two or three entries, so this would require the three 
pre-paid.  Finally, and I should have said this earlier, it wasn't so much 
deadbeat payers as deadbeat release-form-signers that was the problem. 
See, PayPal is easy, but dropping a form in the mail seems to be tough.

It sounds like we don't have any consensus that a FAXed form is 
sufficient yet... but hey, my sister is visiting me this weekend, and 
she's a lawyer in Sacramento, so she says she'll look into it this week.
