Hi Dave -- Since I do this kind of stuff for a living (spreadsheets and projections) I'm trying to put your numbers into a format that I understand. When I'm done, I will share it with you in the form of an Excel spreadsheet, which you can decide if you want to share with the multitudes. I've got a couple of questions. 1) Are the Subscribers and Distributors lines the number of each? 2) I guess the price to subscribers is $5.95 per issue, but what is it to distributors? They will have to buy it for less. 3) How many issues get printed each time, and what is the unit cost to print and the unit cost to mail? 4) Why does the amount paid authors go up. Are you increasing the size of the magazine? If you tell me these answers I can finish the spreadsheet, which will make it easier to play "what if". Thanks.
