I agree. I don't even know if we, as a "non-entity" have _any_ legal
standing should PAM not uphold any part of its agreement. We _really_ need
the input of a lawyer on this. However, I don't think AGA should be making
_any_ investment in PAM. I would feel much better about a customer/service
provider approach.
