Since I am getting ready to go out of town tomorrow morning, I will be brief. I also agree with Neil and Erik. I think it would be to our advantage not to be investors. Because our subscriber base does give a lot of power, I am not too concerned about the control issue. Having heard about David's plans for the first issue, the content does sound good. As others have pointed out, if we are not investors, should we become dissatisfied with the content, we can always pull out. I agree that we do need to get our non-profit status established. I also think that we should get an attorney to help us draw up an agreement between the AGA and David/PAM.
