There used to be a Northwest Council years ago, but membership and participation went far down in the last 15 years to the point where it is forgotten. I wonder if that core group need not be that big (or even organized). For instance, a year and a half ago, the Seattle club had Karen out to speak. We had people from Portland and Vancouver attending. How much more effort would it have taken to add a "regional AGA meeting" as part of the event? Would it have been as simple as devoting 1/2 hour at the general meeting to special AGA presentations? Or perhaps getting together at a member's home?
