How about negotiating with the speaker ahead of time about distribution rights of the tape of his/her speech? The following options could be available: (1) Tapes not to be shown to any group. (In that case, there isn't much reason for taping the speech.) (2) Tapes can be shown to other meetings at AGA's discretion (vote of Steering Committee) (3) In addition to (2), tapes or parts of tapes could be shown over the web, (pending advances in streaming video technology) at AGA's discretion. (4) (You may be able to think of more, having been taped, yourself.)
