Not Gone After All

Well, I'm not gone after all.  I got run over by a horse (not mine, thank
heavens) and banged my head pretty good, sprained my ankle, and pulverised
the bone in one finger.  There are a few other assorted scrapes and bruises
that may not be of any serious consequence, but are still adding to the
general level of discomfort.  So the horse that almost killed me (and his
owner) left for the horse show today, while Oliver (who has been being a
star) and I had to stay home.  I'm still learning how to navigate on
crutches, and type with only half of my left hand.  :-(

I'll be reading, but don't expect long responses.
