We're had planned for 50 field trip registrations = 1 bus. The rate its
going at, I think we'll probably hit 100 before the convention. However,
once we hit that number (even if we hit it sooner) we'll have to stop
accepting any additional field trip registrations. That'll mean 2 full buses
and we don't want to get into renting additional smaller vans to accomodate
for 6-15 other people. Sucks to be the 101th field trip registrant wanna-be
but hey - it pays to register early.
