Karen I have gotten 5 more rooms for Thursday night, call get get the better
rate. My hotel contact is not in today. I should be able to get more rooms
nights added. We are meeting with the hotel about banqet and A/V equipment so
I will tack on room night issues including getting the discount rate extended
until 10/31. I think enough of our members will put it off until the end that
10/31 will be necesary.
