Re: [AGA-mcm] Re: name change



If my memory serves me right - the main
ballroom was two be split into two or three sections to accomodate
the workshops - which is what we were planning on doing while people
are lunching.Split the rooms - setup the AV etc. I didn't think Amanos
prep
would take as long. If, as you say, it does take a bit of time, we can 
get all the plant material ready to go as Jan is speaking.
The hardware (tank, light etc) we can have ready to go in that room the night
before. Then, during the 15 minute break, we can check the AV and move
everything into place. I assume we'd be able to get a camera to focus in
on the tank and project the video live onto a screen. 

Karens idea is excellent - I just don't know if it'll work out in terms
of splitting / unsplitting and setting up the AV.
