I don't know if anyone has thought about need for volunteer help, etc.

I think the plant crowd and AGA board is more than willing to help the 
GWAPA folks, and maybe everything is already covered, but if not don't be 
afraid to ask.  I find most people are more than willing to help at these 
things. .....ie bagging plants (oh yeah does someone have lots of bags, 
labels and rubber bands).

In the past I have also heard that APD and AGA members wanted to mail 
plants to someone for the auction (ie...perhaps for a more generous split 
leaning towards the convention folks), someone could make this offer if 
you guys wanted to on the lists....but I would make it very clear, every 
plant bagged, labeled, and with an inventory list, and probably set some 
cap on the number of bags....just an idea to generate more revenue, but 
not by any means needed to be done by anyone.  An idea I heard brough up 
at least on two different years.

I would volunteer but being 6 mo preg with a 10 mo old that crawls and is 
thinking of walking is going to keep me plenty busy (and Erik occasionally 
too).  Hoping to see one lecture but likely not seeing any, except what 
Erik tapes!
