I got some sleep! Dropped Mr. Amano off at the airport - he said he
had a great time and quote "..I've been to many conventions around the world,
including, Europe, Moscow - Russia, and this was the best organized convention
yet." He also said that local clubs and organizations like the AGA, are not
found in Japan and it's excellent for the hobby that we have something like
this here.
Erik, when you're done with the DVD, can GWAPA get a few copies please?
Not many of the folk working the convention got to see the talks. The only
ones I caught were Pauls and Amanos presention and demo. Didn't see
any of Jans, Olivers or Mike Senskes. Rick didn't even catch Amanos
presentation.
I hate KENT MARINE! Despite us repeatidly asking them NOT to give
away all their product, they gave most of it away. We were only left with
a fraction of the product and it was not enough to drop into the goodie bags.
Seachem donated SO much product! I'll personally call Greg Morin to thank
him.
Cavan and Bailin left their drivers licenses behind - I'm off to FedEx it over
to them.
