Until now, I was not aware there was any issues with the vendors
not being happy. I didn't have time to pay attention to them, and Phil,
who was working with the vendors was sick on Saturday.
What were their concerns?
We may also want to consider making the vendor room the breakroom,
with coffee, sodas etc. The hotel would have to provide the refreshments
and the vendors can pick up the tab. That'll generate a lot of traffic to
that room during the 15-30 min breaks.
We did consider that this year, but since the hotel wanted us to
buy the refreshments from them, we dropped the idea.
