Yes. but I'm inclined towards phone calling rather than just letters. It should clearly look like we *recognize* a problem not that we are trying to excuse it or ;handwave it away. We don't want to appear like we will gloss over it. If they felt a lack of attention our bet response is to attentiveness and that has to be followed up with some concrete things like the stuff Larry and others suggested. But for all I know, some of the vendors might not have had, or felt, any problems at all.
