I was working with the vendors as soon as I was aware that they arrived in the 
hotel.  I made arrangements to have several vendors stuff moved from loading 
dock to vendor room.  I also tried working with hotel to get the room earlier.  
I was unsuccessful. I stayed in contact with the vendors all day on Friday. I 
also made arrangements to have their stuff shipped out on Saturday.

I made a point of dropping into their booths and personally talking to each 
vendor.  I told them that I use there products and thanked them for coming to 
the show.  I made a point to tell Kim that I have used him lights for at least 
5 years and I found his website on the Krib.

I am planning to work on thank you letters tonight and have them out by Wed.  I 
will hand write letters to Ray and Greg Morin.  I will have a personalized 
section in each letter sent to the other vendors.

I hope that this will help to defuse the complaints caused by the late opening.

I will contact Phil in regards to the letters and keep the board informed as to 
any return correspondene.
