RE: [AGA-mcm] Proposal Doc

Cheryl's edits amounted to a lot of improvements in the
existing content and some very good addittions, espeically
in the welcome I registration parts.

On top of that, she reordered the job list so I reordered
the job sections to match that order. I was unhappy with
the structure before but I think it's pretty good now.

I suggest that I send Tom and Dave the doc with a note that
additional revisions can be expected but that 90% of the
substance is very unlikely to change.

I say that having in mind that some of Cheryl's edits make
the improvements that others have been contemplating. I
know Karen has been working on the document and I don't
want circumvent her input. My concern is that the CA folks
think we're a bulky bureaucracy that can't move things
along -- and more, that they don't lose any steam waiting
for the document.

Could be I'm jsut anervous nellie.
