I agree we should send it. I thought the Requirements part was pretty good 
in the first place. The Guidelines, well, they are just hints and 
suggestions, right? Since that part is open to discussion, it doesn't 
matter whether it's 100% "right."

I worry that I have added too much. But it's easier to edit out than write. 
I based a career on it!
