We've sent the document that says what we think they need to provide, inlcuding who will be in charge of what tasks. Let's see if they can do that. Let's see what they can set up. If one of them calls us, that's one thing; we can address questions as they come up. But I have the same hesitance that I think Karen voices about us going to Dave. If DG is put in charge by the CA folks and want to communicate with the BoD,we can put him on the Advisory Committee list. That's a much better communication method than funneling through one person. His criticizing abilities might not work well as leadership and motivational skills -- they might even be counterproductive. But the CA folks have only had the doc for a day. Let's assume the others are taking some time to think about what is says and what they might be in for, and what they want to do. Truth be told, I don't really see why Dave wrote at all. He asked to get a copy of the Doc and so I sent him one. What I really want to hear is from someone that speaks for the group, assuming the one coalesces from what Tom is trying to drum up. sh --- Karen Randall <krandall@rdrcpa.biz> wrote: > I've got mixed feelings.
