Dave yield not rights or claims when we purchased?

Sans a  written agreement, if he sold AGA the magazine, he
sold whatever publishing rights belonged with the magazine.
anyway, he could turn a buck with it before, I'd think he'd
be gun shy about trying to do it again.

And if he did, and undercut AGA, stuck with the paper
editions, he'd be sealing off any chance for future
bailouts in his various comercial endeavers.
