I don't belive a new deal will ending anything. However, if
we do no new deal, then PAM stuff will be limited to what
we already have, and that's a good place to leave things
(given that we can't back away form the original deal).
We have the PAMs we have and no more -- but that's plenty.
We can move those out the door however we can or, at the
current rate of use, store them for many more years to
come. It seems to me, that a new deal is more like not
ending things, just moving down another millimeter or two
when we are already in up to our neck.
