I agree with Scott and Erik. It would inappropriate to give Dave a
lifetime membership because he bullied us into it. I say, offer him
$100.00 for the rights to publish our copies of PAM on DVD's or any
other way, and if he turns us down, so be it. Who needs all this
trouble?
