That's OK. We should, however, make sure that the bid/contract is ultimately signed by BOTH SFBAAPS and AGA.
Technically, I guess they could just walk away from it at any time. Or maybe he's just expressing his frustration.
I suspect that he's not saying this so much as noting they could have one more chance to pull out after the AGA says yes.
