I'm going to write him back. but I'm going to have some
lunch first -- and maybe go to the bank and run some
errands, and Cheryl Ann's always wanted that back bedroom
repainted--I wonder when I last changed the oil in the car
;-).
Nothing in the requirements doc says that submitting a
proposal is a committment to perform if the AGA accepts the
proposal.
Technically, I guess they could just walk away from it at
any time. Or maybe he's just expressing his frustration.
