Thanks Erik, Karen, Scott and Cheryl!!!!! I will work on the Airport Marriott. If you guys want to do some internet queries and find other possible locations for us to contact that would be helpful. Possible hotels - I am looking within shuttle distance to the airport mainly because it seems to be the best combination of cost and proximity to our two potential field trips plus it saves the attendees the cost of a taxi from Hartsfield Airport to downtown or wherever. As you may recall, The property I really wanted was across the street from the aquarium but I could not get them below $140/night for any of our possible dates.
