Okie doke. thanks folks. If we're not using padded than the envelope cost is
negligible given the margin of error for changing UPS and USPS rates.
I'll send something out this weekend. Have some cement work to fit in this
weekend too. And then I'm going to CA April 10-20. That state had one of the
largest governmental monetary surpluses in the world when I left in 1982.
Didn't take them long to go to hell in handbasket.

Single issue TAG from Missoula $1.34 to anywhere in the US plus the cost
of an envelope (don't have that receipt for 500 envelopes, probably
$.10). Canada under $2. Overseas $3.60. Scott would know better. He
