Would you guys like me to ask the buyer what's up this time?  Looks like 
they've filed a chargeback on both a membership AND a bookstore purchase.

Jen, did you send him a book & back issues already?

One more question for Cheryl -- the database shows 2 issues remaining, yet 
the person only joined in May.  Is there a reason they would have gotten 
two issues deducted in the database?  Did you start them out with three by 
mistake?
