When someone orders the New Member Combo, they get the current issue 
with it. In other words, Jen mails four issues in one envelope: the 
current issue plus three back issues.  Sometimes it means that they get 
two issue within a month, but new members are usually pretty excited 
anyway so they don't mind.

As for this guy, I dunno what his deal is. He should have gotten two 
current issues of TAG, three back issues, and the DVD.
