One was for a membership with back-issue combo, and the other was an archive DVD of our back issue set. Speaking as the one who mailed the back issue DVD, my records show that it was mailed to you the week of May 20th. If you have not received it, please let me know and I'll send you a new set. Likewise, the membership database shows that you should have been mailed your first copy of the journal this month. Was any part of the order not received? It's very unusual for someone to initiate a chargeback on the credit card against the AGA, and we take it very seriously. Please reply and let us know what's wrong.
