Since it came up, I'd like to put in my $0.02 about the hotel.  I don't know whats on the suggestions page.

1.  Getting from airport to hotel and back should be easy, cheap, and convenient.  Not a $50 taxi, figuring out a bus schedule, or hoping people in the area can provide some help.  Hotel shuttle or subway would be optimal.


2.  Somewhere to eat within walking distance other than the hotel re$taurant.  (unlike Dallas or SF)  In SF the restaurant was over priced, not good, limited menu, and filled up and slow when everyone went there to eat between meetings.  There was no where else to walk to for miles.

3.  In a part of town that does not require a 9mm or Ninja Cheryl to go outside.

4.  < $100 a night

5.  A hotel that does not charge you $6 for the bottle of water in your room, $12 a day for Internet, $1 for local calls, $5/day to breath their air.  I know finding this in a convention hotel might be a tall order, but this is just a wish list.
