Absolutely, sharing articles is a good thing, and the most obvious 
benefit. However, I wonder whether the folks on this list have any 
insight for them in running an international organization that could 
help them down the right path and around the quicksand, so to speak.

I also imagine that such a dialog on this list could be helpful for us 
as well.
