Champion's base prices are about the same as AHS -- as I
recall, the shipping costs are a bit higher.  For a long
time Champion seemed to poo poo anything but the URI VHO
bulbs -- supposedly better than the newer technology in
PCs. It's good to see they have caught on to the Power
Compacts.  They are also big on IceCap ballasts.  I think
you can do better with Fulham ballasts for much less money
than IceCaps. I have a couple of IceCaps in my pile of
unused stuff in the basement.
