The number one problem that I have had on all my systems is leaks. Find a leak, fix it, and just keep on troubleshooting. Sooner or later you will have a trouble free system. I just ran into a leak issue with low quality needle valves and dumped a 20# tank within a week. To resolve that issue I bought the needle valves that I should have in the first place. I have a DIY setup going until the needle valves show up and the 20# tank refilled.
