What could go wrong if I pick those with a sweetener? I mean - Ferrous Gluconate is mainly a glucose - no? Also could you just throw some 'keywords' for fillers and binders that I may be able to find on the 'content' vs 'keywords' for sweeteners? I am aware that it wouldn't be the whole list but hopefully that could help me find.

The tablets I used were 5 gram dietary suppliments.  The tablets were the 
least expensive on the shelves and included filler and binder but no color, 
flavor or sweetener.  Brand names for the same product vary from place to 
place.
