[AGA Member] Wondering about paroxide to get rid of algea----Follow up on bacterial algea----

Hello, I remember someone telling me about using Paroxide to get rid of the  
bacterial algea in my tank, I was just wondering how much to use for a 29 
gallon  or parts per gallon? Also does it effect the plants in anyway?
P.S. Don't worry about the fish i'll take them  out.
