You might consider two smaller canisister filters instead
of one larger one.  Easier to change and you can keep one
in service while the other is building a new bioculture.
If the Pro II series seems too pricey, consider the Eccos
or the Via Aquas or the Filstars. 2213 is really too small
for a tank that size.
Most economical might be the Ehiem 2250. Big to handle and
work with but much cheaper for its size than the other
Eheims.
