Which works out to about 26 cents an envelope, yes?

Plus the envelope itself, puts us about $1.02 to mail an issue first
class, with envelope, a difference of around 78 cents per issue over what
we're paying now.

I don't understand.  I only get 78 cents more per issue, or $3.12 more per
year.
