I think she means "per year" and she is saying this puts us over my intial
cost for 1st class estimate of $1.50 PER YEAR. I dont know why it should be
$.26 per envelope, unless that is what the mailing service charges her.
They should be able to do shrink wrap which might be less. Nevertheless, I
would prefer to spend the extra buck for packaging and get the issue to me
in one piece. This is my personal wish and believe that the general
membership would also appreciate the extra quality.
