Curious, why?  Since the lion's share (until last year, 100%?) of AGA dues
went towards production of TAG, why would we need all those extra dues?
Let's say Dave gives us a wholesale rate of $15 per subscriber, we up our
dues to PAM's current rate of $20, or maybe 1 dollar more to keep from
competing with PAM's non-AGA subscriber base.  That gives us $5-6 of the
dues to do with what we like.  Sure it's using 3/4 of our salary to pay
rent, but essentially that's what we've been doing up to now.

There is another issue we'll have to work out, which is that we'd have
people who are both PAM subscribers and AGA members.  I don't know how big
the overlap is, but this must be handled in a tactful way.  Perhaps
something like "extending" the AGA membership such that it kicks in when
their existing PAM subscribtion finishes.  We'll figure it out...
