I am very dissapointed by this.   The stated purpose of the AGA is 
"to disseminate information about aquatic plants."   In this case, people
(some of them AGA members?) were disseminating information about places
to purchase (or not purchase) aquatic plants.   And now they are being
sued as a result.   

Seems like an appropriate thing to take a stand on.
