That sounds reasonable. It can't hurt to see what the lawyer has to say. On the other hand, my gut tells me that this is a no-win situation for us. No matter how we respond, or if we don't, we will STILL get flack from various parties. I consider Gary a good friend, but I wonder what he'd do if the the RSG treasury was at stake.
