Re: AGA uncommittment (fwd)



I would be pleased to get some input from Joe, and there is another lawyer
friend of mine who specializes in litigation who I would also ask.
Since I do not go on APD, can someone please provide me with the history of
what happened -- what was said/written by whom where, and who sued whom,
etc.
I should be able to get some input from Joe, and better still from Larry,
quickly, and it will not cost us anything.
