My recommendation is that you discuss record keeping options with Jack and David (and try to keep it as simple as you think the USPS rules allow), see if say Jack who does the labels can come up with a simple and sufficient record keeping methodology; and then make a decision that fits everyone's time constrainsts. If something can be worked out to get periodical rate, fine. Otherwise, go with 1st class..... but I am just one vote on the SC. Neil PS. I dont know what PAM used.
